If you are like me and are sick to death with all of the rubbish that is on the internet claiming to be the best way to a healthier you, you will realise how difficult it can be to separate the wheat from the chaff here, and ascertain what you can and cannot believe.

For the most part, there is only one way to a healthier you and no Atkins diet or protein shakes are going to help you achieve this more efficiently. This is only done through regular exercise and a careful control of your diet.

Having studied human nutrition at degree level and written literally hundreds of articles in the field, I can assure you that I have never yet stumbled across any type of product that may be considered to be a safe and instant way toward losing weight and remaining totally healthy. (more...)
